Everyone loves a Hot Dog, the problem is we always get that nagging feeling of wondering what’s actually in it. The Grid Iron Company have solved that problem by producing a traditional Frankfurter made with outdoor reared, Gloucester Old Spot pork from Mount Grace farm in North Yorkshire. Each Frank is made by hand using the best pork and natural casings before being lightly smoked over wood chips.

Our pork is from a large herd of Gloucester Old Spot pigs who are free to roam outdoors in their home at Mount Grace farm in North Yorkshire. These native breed pigs grow at a slow pace putting weight on naturally and producing meat with great depth of flavour and a healthy natural fat content. This makes it perfect for producing Frankfurters with the right texture and that all important “snap”.

Our Franks are made by Artisan charcutiers who care deeply about the quality and consistency of the product and who have brought their wealth of experience to produce an authentic tasting Hot Dog.

Our Franks are available in retail packs and bulk catering packs.
