Our Italian style porchetta is expertly prepared in the Taste Tradition butchery from North Yorkshire, milk fed pigs.
In Italy porchetta is served at celebrations and events in the same way that we have a hog roast. In Rome it is popular as a street food with vans being dedicated to the art of slowly spit roasting the rolls of pork.
Our porchetta can be either roasted in a conventional oven or spit roasted over wood if you’re more adventurous.
Porchetta is available in weights from 2kg up to around 6kg and with a variety of stuffings.
